For the economics and money infographic this week I created a map infographic which detailed and broke down the United State’s leaders in GDP by individual states. A graph like this helps to distinguish economic powerhouse states throughout the country as well as pointing out geographic trends through the numbers being associated on the graph. The data was gathered from the United States’ Bureau of Economic Analysis. The graphic was designed on Visme and overall took around an hour and a half to collect all of the data, input it into the map graphic, and design the entire graphic.
