
For this infographic I used my own knowledge on the topic but got the smaller blurbs of information from the same source linked on the bottom of this reflection, again these are only a few benefits of the practice. I decided to use Canva for my design process but this time I stayed away from the templates to see what I could come up with on my own. I used an image from Canva for the background, I went with the leaves because it related to nature and the calming effect I get when I meditate. From there I added a solid color and shape so I could add the information and it be legible. I chose these colors because they matched the calm, earthy tones I was going for. I added some clip art and a pie chart to add more visuals to the piece.
This post only took me a few hours to complete, although it is not one of my best infographics, I am still proud of the way it turned out because I believe it speaks to what I was trying to communicate while still having my dash of personality in it.
