When creating my map, I found this fairly easy to use after I worked with the map while watching the tutorial. It made a lot of sense to me and I really enjoyed being able to use this to create a map because I never knew this was an option. I decided on my topic because Philadelphia is some where I love being and everywhere I talked about is either very historic or somewhere I have been which made it fun for me to highlight and talk about. It took me about a hour to a hour and a half to research an put my map together the way I wanted it to. I chose the color choices because I feel they stood out and I chose the icon options based on what they were for. The star was for major attractions, the silverware was restaurants, and the martini glass was for bars. I really enjoyed this design process.
