For this assignment I did not use a template. Instead, I started from scratch and put in the information. I wanted to keep it simple and easy to read since there is a lot of information on the infographic. It took about an hour and a half to complete the assignment. The research was not very long, there are many articles and statistics about how exercise is good for your health. I enjoyed using canva for this assignment and will continue to do so for future infographics.
