I have chosen to show 12 bars in West Chester, PA, because this is where I often go out with my friends when I’m home over break or for the summer. I have also outlined the campus to show the distance from downtown West Chester to the University itself. Working with Google Maps was somewhat confusing at first, but as I began to add locations, write descriptions, and add photos I started to get into a rhythm. While this assignment didn’t allow me to be as creative as usual I enjoyed being able to learn about how Google Maps works, as I had no idea you could create a map such as this before this assignment.
