For this diagram, I created a visualization of the different parts of the brain. I’ve always considered the brain to be the most fascinating part of the body, so I thought it would be a perfect subject for this infographic.
The image of the brain was obtained through a site called verywellmind.com. I took the image and created a cartoon render with Autodesk Maya and Photoshop; I’ve used this method on previous assignments because I think it creates a great version of the original image that’s visually pleasing to the eye. It also adds a level of authenticity to the final product. I used a font called “Royal Acidbath” that I downloaded from DaFont.com a few months back. This font is one of my favorites and I think it works well for the diagram.
