For this first assignment, I chose to create my infographic about myself. I used the website Canva to create my infographic. Canva is extremely user friendly, and makes designing very simple. They give you the whole template, and a basic color palette to start with, and then you can customize it however you want. I decided to keep the basic layout, but change the colors. I wanted something that wasn’t too bright, but also stood out a little. I tried to keep it pretty simple, as that is how I try to keep most of my designs. It took me maybe an hour until I was all finished and decided what information I wanted to include. I didn’t have to research at all, which was nice because I knew exactly what I wanted to say.
