For this weeks infographic I choose to focus on the topic of Obesity. I decided on this topic due to the fact that being stuck in my house all day everyday has caused me to snack all day. Also it is know that Obesity is a serious issue in America so I wanted to see the numbers. I started this infographic by using a template on canva. I decided to use a template as I like the background colors and how its broken into different sections on the infographic. I then started by dropping the text boxes and adding different elements to bring more design to the words. The map was a create way to visualize how each state various percentage wise in obesity rates. The graph then showed how age was is a factor when it comes to obesity. My color scheme was picked based on the template that I had originally started with.
